Appointment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking:

• $25 for Standard Notary Services

• $50-$75 for Document Preparation Services

• $100 for Apostille Services

• Deposits apply toward the total service cost and are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• No-shows will also forfeit the deposit.

Late

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.

• After 15 minutes, a $1-per-minute wait fee will apply.
